LifetimeScheduling

EventDatePicker

EventDatePicker is the pay-once Doodle alternative — date and location polls with no logins, on a lifetime deal

Create a poll, share one link, and let the group vote on dates and locations without accounts or downloads — then hand the winning date to clients through a branded portal instead of paying a scheduling tool by the month.

By Stephen · Founder & curatorHow we review

The pitch: the hardest part of any event is the group chat that never agrees on a date. EventDatePicker collapses that into one link. The organizer proposes dates (and, unusually, locations), guests vote from any phone without creating an account, votes land in real time, and the tool ranks the winning date automatically. The lifetime tiers layer the professional parts on top: unlimited events and guests, unlimited custom RSVPs, templates, a client collaboration portal, basic white-label branding, analytics with CSV export, and a Pro feature that generates AI invitation images.

The bill it replaces: Doodle Professional runs ~$15/mo (about $11/mo annual), and Doodle Team is $8.95–$19.95 per user per month with a two-seat minimum. If you plan events for clients, a year of that is many times this deal's entry tier.

Why we picked it

  • No-login voting is the whole product. Every extra step between "here's the link" and "I voted" loses a guest. Guests here vote from the link on their phone — no app, no account — which is the same friction-free shape that made Doodle's free tier famous.
  • Dates and locations in one poll. Most date-poll tools stop at the date; deciding the venue is a second round of chat. Voting on both at once is the feature that makes this an event tool, not just a meeting tool.
  • The client portal and white-label branding are the professional layer. If you're an event planner, a coach running group sessions, a community organizer, or an agency wrangling stakeholders, a branded poll that reports back through a portal is the difference between a hobby tool and something you can put in front of a client.

Watch out for

  • The free alternatives in this category are genuinely good. Rallly lets you create polls and collect votes for free with no participant limit; Doodle and WhenAvailable have real free tiers. If all you need is "which Saturday works," you don't need a lifetime deal — you need a free link. This deal only pays for itself if you use the branding, portal, templates, or analytics for professional events.
  • "Basic white-label" is a scope word. Read it as removing the vendor's branding and adding yours, not as a custom domain or a fully unbranded product. Confirm exactly what it strips on the live page before promising a client.
  • The AI invitation images are the feature most likely to be metered. Image generation costs the vendor money per render. Confirm on the live Dealify page whether they're unlimited, credit-capped, or reserved for a higher tier — the classic lifetime-credits trap hides here.
  • Lifetime on a small vendor's infrastructure. Unlimited events and guests is a promise on servers someone has to keep paying for. Use the 30-day refund window to run a real event through it — invites, votes, the portal, the CSV export — before you count on it for next year's calendar.
  • Tier caps are on the live page, not here. Third-party writeups quote a starting price around $59 and list features across tiers without saying which tier holds the portal, analytics, or white-label. Buy for the tier that has the feature you actually need.
